For many of us, September feels like more of a beginning than January ever does. We just had our reset. Summer took us to new places, showed us different realities and different possibilities than the ones we left behind at our desks in June — and it opened up space. Space for expansion. For something new. For a deeper kind of connection — to people, to place, to ourselves.

Maybe that's exactly why September is the better moment for goal-setting and reflection. We're coming from openness — from having just seen, even briefly, how much bigger life can be. This month, we're going to use that opening on purpose, one week at a time.

Week One - Notice What Already Shifted

Let's notice what's already different. Ask yourself: what did this summer's reset make room for? Not what should I do now — just what already feels different.

Over the next three weeks, we'll go deeper — into why your nervous system resists the new even when you want it, and how breath becomes the tool that changes that. This week, let's start with something simple.

This week's practice: Pick one goal you're holding for September. Close your eyes and feel into it, how would it feel to already have it — not the plan, just the feeling. Notice where it lands in your body. Any tightness? A held breath? A knot somewhere? Don't push it away — just breathe into that exact spot, and on the exhale, repeat quietly: "I am safe to receive." A few rounds is enough. That's the whole practice this week: noticing, and breathing safety into what you find.

See you next week,
