Something feels off, but you can't quite name it.
Everything looks fine from the outside. You're doing the right things, showing up, keeping it together. And yet — there's a quiet restlessness underneath. A sense that something is waiting to be heard.
That something is you.
When we're disconnected from our inner truth, we often look for answers in the wrong direction — outward, upward, forward — when the only place the real answer lives is within. But to access that inner wisdom, we first need to create the conditions for it to surface. And that begins with the nervous system.
A calm nervous system is not a luxury. It is the gateway to clarity. The quieter your inner landscape becomes, the more you can hear what your body already knows.
This week, we begin there.
🌬 This Week's Exercise
Coherent Breathing
Find a quiet moment. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and let your shoulders drop.

Continue this rhythmic breath for 5 minutes. No force, no effort — just the gentle, even tide of your own breath, in and out.
When you feel settled, take a moment and ask yourself:
What makes me feel genuinely happy? What excites me — not what should excite me, but what actually does?
Write in your journal, record yourself, say it out loud… Let it flow, freely. Don't edit. Let what comes, come.
Then close your eyes again. Bring to mind one of those moments. Step into it fully — feel it in your chest, in your belly, in your hands. Let your body remember what it feels like to be lit up.
🌿 Reflect
If I strip away what I'm supposed to want —
what is it that truly calls to me?
Sit with this gently. You don't need to answer it perfectly. Just let the question breathe inside you.
With love,
— Gosia
