Last week, you listened.
Maybe something surprised you. Maybe a desire appeared that you hadn't quite admitted to yourself before. Or maybe something you already knew became a little clearer, a little more real.
That's the work. That's what it looks like.
This week, we move from insight to intention — gently, without pressure. Because the journey from knowing to doing isn't about willpower. It's about trust. And trust lives in the body, not in the mind.
Before we take any step, we create safety. We breathe our way into it.
🌬 This Week's Exercise
Coherent Breathing
If you notice any resistance arising — any tightening in your body, any inner voice saying "but I don't know how" or "it's not the right time" — begin here:

or, if you'd like to go deeper —

The extended exhale activates your parasympathetic nervous system — your body's natural rest and restore state. It signals safety. It loosens the grip.
Breathe like this for a few minutes until you feel the softening. Then, from that open and settled place, return to what you discovered last week — the excitement, the thing that lit you up. Ask yourself:
Is there one small action I could take this week — just one — that would bring me even a little closer to this?
It doesn't need to be impressive. A message sent. A page opened. A conversation started. One small move.
Notice how the idea of it feels in your body. Not in your head — in your body. Warmth or tightness? Expansion or contraction? Your body knows.
🌿 Reflect
What is the smallest possible step I could take — and what would it mean if I actually took it?
Breathe into the answer. Let it settle.
With love,
