So often, goal-setting starts from pressure — social, or the one we put on ourselves. We sit down and ask: who do I need to do to create this much happiness? To run the business I keep dreaming about? To be the partner my ideal partner actually wants to be with?

It's an exhausting question, because it puts "becoming" at the far end of a long list of doing.

What if, instead, we started September already acting — already being — as the person who achieved January's goals? Not faking it. Not performing it. Just practicing the connection to what we actually want, before the proof arrives. Connection to the goal, not just pursuit of it.

This week's practice

Go back to the list you wrote in week two. Pick one thing from it, and this time, imagine it's already happened. You're already the person who has this. Sit with that for a moment — how do you carry yourself? How do you speak? How do you make decisions? Then, today, act from that space, even in one small way — one decision, one boundary, one conversation, made from "I already have this" instead of "I'm trying to get this." Notice how that feels in your body. Different from how you usually move through your day? Let that feeling be the information.

See you next week,
